Warranty & Return Policy
E-Liquid
Our policy allows for the exchange of e-liquid only if the product remains unopened and in its original, intact condition. Once the bottle cap has been opened, we cannot accept returns. Please note that for 30ml portions of e-liquid, there is a strict no-return policy.
Devices:
All devices and starter kits are eligible for a 3-day replacement period, provided they are not broken, damaged, or exhibit any scratches. If your device meets these criteria, we are happy to provide a replacement.
Disposable Products:
Disposable products do not come with any warranty. Please be aware that all sales of disposable items are final at the time of purchase.
Please note this for claim your Warranty you must have to show money receipt.
